Training Space: “The Barn”

Hudson Creek Canines sits on 25 acres of beautiful fields in the Rhinebeck area of the Hudson Valley. We named our program after the creek that runs through the property, where dogs love to frolic!

For decades, the farm was renowned for its pick-your-own strawberries. The Barn has been renovated, repurposing it from a farm store into a beautiful and functional training space, with a private office, seating area, and plenty of room to train and kennel dogs.

Meet my helpers!

Jinx (6 months) is my mom’s second flat-coated retriever. She is an outgoing goofball! Her favorite activities include: training, swimming & taking toys from boo.

Buzz (10yo) is our resident cat tester for dogs. Unafraid of dogs large and small, and ready to steal food (his favorites include bananas, popcorn & seaweed), he’s a true personality!

Buzz

Nox (8yo) is an anxious boy who was rescued as an injured feral kitten. He spends his days in a closed bathroom or closet. He loves cuddling his people & Buzz, but otherwise needs space and time to warm up!
